Law graduate from the University of La Rioja and Master in Intellectual Property from Carlos III University of Madrid. Expert in Regulatory Compliance, Private Security Director, with additional training in R&D&I management, cyber risks and strategic foresight.
He has experience in legal advice on intellectual and industrial property, compliance and data protection for technology companies and the audiovisual sector, as well as in public innovation management and projects funded by PRTR, Horizon Europe and FEDER.
